Integration, compiling, patches and uncredited scripts are by Tumagonx

As a collection/packaging work, Moluccas is under CC-by-SA 3.0 license.

"Moluccas" itself is the old name of Maluku archipelago (more than 1000 islands)
which part of Indonesia. FYI the conemu's background is map of Maluku. The distro
itself resembling an archipelago situation whereas there is larger islands, small
but importaant island and also tiny island with less population or uninhibited at
all. Just like the apps in Moluccas.

At the core is Msys shell inside ConEmu. Msys in nutshell is Cygwin for
Windows users. Note that however most of the apps here are native. Many of apps
are carefully choosen and sometime tweaked or patched to work together with the
rest of packages.

It started as customized GCC (hence the SF project name "tumagcc") which try to
keep up with more newer MSVCRT libraries, eventually result in extra flags to GCC:
-vcrXX where XX is 80 90 100 of Visual Studio version
-xtraposix which if used with -D__USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO=1, -D__USE_MINGW_ACCESS=1,
-D_POSIX may ease porting effort without gnulib help (NO code from gnulib)
It grows to build environment supporting many GCC side-by-side and finally into
distro as now.
