If I enable/disable the following setting in the gui and press "Set current parameters as default values" they are not saved in the ini file even though there are settings for them:

F3 Enable/disable high quality resampling. Ini-file value: HighQualityResampling
F4 Enable/disable keeping of geometry... Ini-file value: KeepParameters
